I would be much more concerned about catching the flu, both while travelling and here at home. We are just coming into Flu season, and it’s very contagious especially under close quarters like offices or airplanes. I know you’ve heard how to help prevent getting the flu, but it bears repeating;
Clean your hands frequently.
Cough and sneeze into a tissue or your arm.
Keep your hands away from your face.
Keep common surface areas clean and disinfected.
Eat healthy and stay active to keep your immune system strong.
You may want to consider getting a flu shot.
If you’re planning a trip, make sure you have both cancellation/trip interruption insurance and extended medical insurance. It’s bad enough having to cancel a trip, you don’t want to lose the money you spent on it as well. And of course you want the best of medical care where ever you may be.
The best advice may be to keep calm and travel on!
